Production Clerk Job Description: PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Production Clerk who will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production operations by coordinating the flow of materials, documentation, and labor reporting across all manufacturing departments. The Production Clerk will collaborate closely with production supervisors, line leads, warehouse personnel, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate production execution. The ideal Production Clerk has strong computer skills, basic math skills, and can work independently or as part of a team. The Production Clerk position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Union City, CA. Production Clerk Job Responsibilities: Maintain Employee Timekeeping, Labor Hours & Project Clock Ins/Out in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D-365) Track & Print Instruction Sheets, Carton Labels & Required Production Documents Monitor Material Requirements for all Production Jobs & Update D365 Accordingly Coordinate with Supervisors to Resolve Timekeeping, Material & Job Discrepancies Maintain Organized Production Records & Support Communication Across Production, Warehouse & Quality Teams Production Clerk Job Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Strong Computer Skills, Including Basic Excel Bilingual Spanish Preferred Basic Math Skills & Good Attention to Detail Knowledge of Manufacturing Environments Ability to Work Independently or as Part of a Team Strong Understanding of D365 Willingness to Work Overtime/Weekends as Needed Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle & Acceptable Driving Record for Local Travel Have the Ability to Stand & Walk for Long Periods of Time Must be able to Lift 50 Lbs PrideStaff Hiring Requirements: Must be 18+ Years Old Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S. Enhance your career with a full-time job with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors.
