Labor & Employment Mid-Level Associate (Century City) Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our Century City office. Please note: This role is not currently open to search firm submissions. If you are a search firm agent, you may not submit candidates for this role. The Century City office currently has over 100 attorneys who practice in a variety of areas, including Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, Entertainment, Intellectual Property, and more. Our attorneys support employers of all sizes—ranging from Fortune 100 companies to high‑tech and traditional business start‑ups—in all aspects of employment law advice and counseling, disputes and litigation, international employment and mobility, and union management relations. We have considerable expertise in all matters affecting the workplace, including wage and hour, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment agreements, layoffs, and ERISA, among others. Our team in Century City continues to outperform and, as a result, continues to grow. We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Associate with at least 3–6 years of litigation experience, including both single‑plaintiff and class/representative actions. Our L&E Practice Group prides itself on employing attorneys who can take ownership of matters, with experience in all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas: Strong litigation skills Taking and defending depositions Researching, writing, and arguing motions Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis Ability to take ownership of cases with minimal oversight Applications must include resume, cover letter, and law school transcript to be considered complete.
