Schwab Asset Management (SAM) is one of the industry’s largest asset managers, dedicated to helping investors achieve their financial goals through a focused lineup of ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and multi-asset investment solutions. As part of the Product Management and Innovation team, this role offers the opportunity to directly support the continued growth of Schwab Asset Management’s Model Portfolios business while contributing to broader multi-asset investment offerings.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Development, you will play a key role in delivering product-related initiatives that influence business growth, client engagement, and investment solution positioning. Success in this role requires the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while collaborating across product management, sales, distribution, marketing, operations, compliance, and investment teams. You will help drive product enhancements, product launch activities, quarterly and annual reporting, governance and regulatory communications, research initiatives, and data validation efforts that support informed business decisions.In addition, you will help create and maintain client-facing materials, marketing collateral, and asset allocation frameworks, that support the firm’s distribution strategy and enhance the client experience.
