JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW The below represents some of the primary responsibilities of the position. Tracking and Printing of payroll and tax-related items Ability to operate basic fulfillment equipment (printer, sealer, postage) Work with various delivery method systems (UPS, Courier, Mail) Track Inventory and supplies associated with projects Prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: equivalent education and/or work experience Excellent customer service skills Strong time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities. Must work well within a team. Knowledge Technologies High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Fulfillment equipment (printers, sealers, shipping, postage machine) WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER INFORMATION Office base work environment.
