Front Desk Associate Location: Bellevue, WA Salary: $30,000.00–$55,000.00 Employment Type: Full-time Dermatology Arts is one of the Seattle area's top medical practices. We provide exceptional service to patients from across the region and work to give them peace of mind through our detailed care of their skin. Our practice focuses on mostly medical and surgical dermatology issues, and we are located across the street from Overlake Hospital in Bellevue. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Seattle Area for a Front Desk Associate. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, managing phone calls, greeting patients, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves basic administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of the front desk area. Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling receptionist duties efficiently Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with scheduling and database systems Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with patients and team members professionally Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a customer‑centric demeanor Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Dermatology Arts
