The ideal candidate enjoys practical tasks, pays attention to detail, and works well with others to ensure everything is ready before an event begins. No previous event experience is required, as training and guidance will be provided. Responsibilities Set up tables, displays, signage, equipment, and promotional materials. Arrange event spaces according to assigned layouts and instructions. Organize supplies and check that materials are ready before activities begin. Keep event areas clean, orderly, and presentable. Assist with packing, dismantling, and storing materials after events. Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule. Follow established safety procedures when handling equipment and supplies. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable with hands-on tasks and staying active throughout the workday. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
