Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Now hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representative Charlotte, NC $18.00 per hour Shift: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional education in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order entry experience
- Experience in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, distribution, HVAC, plumbing, automation, or related environment preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone, email, and customer communication abilities
Job Duties
- Enter, process, and confirm customer purchase orders and stock requests
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and technical inquiries
- Support sales and customer service activities for valves, actuators, and related products
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel and international teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track shipments and resolve delivery concerns
- Process Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and warranty claims
- Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers of varying backgrounds
