Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional Location: New Egypt, NJ. Schedule: First Shift/Part Time (Weekends). Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour, increasing with education and experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy during the day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living skills such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Plan, implement, and document programs addressing social, emotional, physical and personal needs. Plan and participate in community‑based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. 18 years of age or older. Available to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays. Empathy and a team approach to care for individuals. Benefits Time off benefits starting day one.
