Pediatric SLP in Frankfort, IN

Make an important impact delivering direct services to students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging public school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to serve a diverse pediatric population, collaborating closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment. What You'll Need:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology state license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, held for at least one year
• At least one year of school-based IEP experience
• Strong communication skills-able to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Motivation to make a positive difference for students
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort with technology: digital paperwork, online communication, and a willingness to learn new platforms

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy to students across various ages and needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social-emotional growth
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and staff, supporting students' success in educational environments
