Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator partners with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end hiring activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. This role helps drive an efficient, high-volume recruiting process across multiple locations while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain job postings across internal and external platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across time zones Communicate with candidates and support hiring managers throughout the process Assist with sourcing, screening, and offer coordination as needed Initiate and track pre-employment steps such as background checks and screenings Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and team coordination activities Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvements Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus Experience supporting high-volume or multi-location hiring preferred Skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem solver with strong follow-through #J-18808-Ljbffr Interactive Resources - iR
