We are seeking candidates to work 15-20 hours/ week. The best applicants have general availability for 6-7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Hill Country Galleria (4404 W. William Cannon Drive, Suite C, Austin, TX 78749) Shifts we are hiring for: AM Shift (approx 6:30am - 1:30pm, M-F) PM Shift (approx 2pm - 9:15pm, M-F) Weekend Shifts (7:30am - 1pm, 1-7:15pm) Your Day Includes Tasks like... Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests Warmly greet customers by name Call on warm leads in our sales CRM (Expectation is for 20 calls made each shift) Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!) Sell memberships and earn commissions Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. (MIndBody software experience is a plus!) Give each new guest a studio tour Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Assist with administrative duties such as texting and calling guests We Value in Our Employees: Desire to positively contribute to our team-oriented environment - we love our team!!
