As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional homebuying experience for our customers by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support. Requirements Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to the office Maintain sales center and community appearance Distribute current price lists to guests Set up appointments with the Sales Manager Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms Give tours of the models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits Perform related administrative duties, as assigned Attend sales training Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website Knowledge of residential sales concepts and practices Excellent communication and customer service skills 1-2 years of relevant experience in new home sales #J-18808-Ljbffr GFO Home
