Arabic Customer Experience Agent Tester

$16 - $18 per hour

Evaluate a conversational AI customer experience agent through live Arabic-language call testing and detailed quality reviews.

Role Overview

This immediate, remote assignment focuses on assessing how accurately, clearly, and naturally the CX agent handles conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent using the supplied prompts and scenarios.
Conduct 10 quality reviews of calls, evaluating accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and the user experience.

Qualifications

Native Arabic speaker.
Prior data annotation experience.
Ability to call a phone number in the EU, UK, or US.
Ability to make clear calls with good audio quality.
Available to begin immediately.

Work Terms

Remote, hourly engagement.
Estimated commitment of 1 to 2 hours total.
Immediate start date.

Compensation

$16 to $18 per hour.
