Bites and Brews located within 814 Lanes and Games Line Cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, preparing all food orders within a timely manner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned.

1. Prepares a variety of food, with diverse methods of preparation and adheres to specific procedures.
2. Works in a fast-paced environment and accomplishes multiple tasks within established time frames.
3. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
4. Follow recipes to ensure high quality consistent products are delivered to the guest.
5. Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations as necessary.
6. Breaks down and cleans the station or work area at the end of shift.
7. Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
8. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

1. Stands 100% of shift.
2. Works with an open flame.
3. May use slicers or other kitchen machinery.
4. Able to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods of time, with up to 5 lbs. of weight.
5. Able to communicate with manager and team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Education/Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
3. ServSafe Certified preferred.
4. Cooking Experience is a plus.
