We're hiring Structural Welders (Pulse Arc) for long-term shipbuilding projects in Newport News, VA and Charleston, SC . Join a skilled team constructing and repairing aircraft carriers and submarines.

$45/hour

$140/day Per Diem

What You'll Do

• Perform multi-pass fillet and butt welds in all positions
• Weld using:
• Pulse Arc (GMAW-P)
• MIG (GMAW)
• Flux-Core (FCAW)
• Stick (SMAW)
• Air Carbon Arc Gouging
• Work on large-scale naval vessels
• Pass MIL-STD-248D weld testing

What We're Looking For

Shipyard welding experience preferred

Pulse Arc experience required

Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Strong focus on safety and quality

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
