Responsibilities Deliver training programs focused on leadership and soft skills, incorporating the latest insights from leadership, psychology, neuroscience, and other relevant disciplines. Assess training effectiveness and make necessary improvements based on feedback and analysis. Collaborate with the Leadership Development team and customize training programs to address clients’ specific needs, objectives and industries. Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in soft skills training and leadership development. Coach and mentor participants to support their development and growth as leaders. Employ various training methods and techniques to engage participants and maximize learning outcomes. Establish strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of soft skills training and leadership development. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience on leadership position and/or proven experience delivering effective training programs focused on soft skills development and leadership. In-depth understanding of human behavior psychology and neuroscience as relevant disciplines related to soft skills training and leadership development. Experience working with senior-level executives and high-potential leaders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and establish a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in the field. Passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and professionally. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
