Preventative Maintenance Tech

Overview PM/GM tech - 7 am to 3:30 pm shift (availability to work nights and weekends as needed). Requirements 2-years field HVAC experience. Valid DL must be able to pass an MVR check. Pass background check. Be on rotations on call 24/7 shared with all other techs, and work OT as needed. Highly motivated and skilled. Communicate with customers. Complete work requests daily. Operate smartphone and tablet. Work hand tools and equipment related to the job. able to read a meter and schematics Responsibilities HVAC preventative maintenance Chiller, Condenser, VAV, pumps, water fountains, Hot water heaters, fans and other mechanical equipment PM Replace filter, belts and other components as needed. Replacing/ install?/ service: lighting, ballast, outlets, switches, ETC. Plumbing: Repair, install, service: faucet, toilet, sinks, water heaters, HVAC, ETA. Immediate interviews.
