General Manager-Freddy'sSalary range: $48K to $75K depending on experience, depending on relevant restaurant, customer service, leadership, and/or kitchen experience. Final rate will be based on experience, availability, position, and business needs.Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler. It was named in honor of Bill and Randy's father. IRG is a multi-brand fast-food operator and commercial real estate developer. Co-founded by former NBA star Carlos Boozer, Rob Tanner, Amit Sehgal, and Dr. Jeffrey Postal, the group primarily operates quick-service franchise locations and develops retail spaces across the Carolinas.
