PalWallet is building modern financial infrastructure across payments, digital assets, and embedded finance. We operate at the intersection of fintech, crypto, and global settlement systems, serving businesses that require compliant, scalable financial solutions. We are growing our marketing team and are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support daily execution across campaigns, CRM, content publishing, and reporting. Role Overview This is an operational role focused on execution, coordination, and precision. You will work closely with the marketing and performance teams to ensure campaigns, reporting, and internal workflows run smoothly. You will not be expected to develop strategy. You will be expected to execute consistently and accurately. Key Responsibilities CRM data management and lead hygiene Supporting email campaign setup and segmentation Publishing and formatting content in WordPress Compiling weekly marketing performance reports Building and enriching outbound lead lists Supporting event logistics and coordination Managing social scheduling tools Assisting with demo booking workflows Requirements Strong organisational skills Experience publishing content in WordPress Advanced Google Sheets or Excel capability Detail-oriented and process-driven Ideal Profile Highly structured and reliable Comfortable working from SOPs Responsive and accountable Interested in fintech or digital assets Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
