Lead Mental Health Tech: Overnight Care & Crisis Support

Hermitage Hall

Hermitage Hall in Nashville is seeking a Lead Mental Health Tech for a full-time role to supervise residential clients, implement treatment plans, document behavior, and assist with crisis intervention under clinical supervision.

You will maintain safety, encourage participation in activities, and ensure basic needs are met while collaborating with staff to follow facility policies. This position includes growth within UHS’s network and benefits.
