Confirms patient demographic information, verification of benefits, scheduling and coordinating post discharge care for patients, collection of copays or payments, balancing of accounts, and general data entry. Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients according to the defined guidelines.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalentCertification: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red CrossFingerprint Clearance: AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance CardExperience: Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a customer service position and/or office settingWork Requirements: Able to reach above and below shoulder level, lift, bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and sit for the full scheduled shift; able to use business office equipment/computer.
