Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhere to established protocols.

• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain a current certification throughout your tenure with us.
