About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics to spearhead the establishment and leadership of its enterprise data strategy and platform. This executive will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, from acquisition to reporting, and will play a pivotal role in transforming data from various operational systems into a scalable, governed, cloud-based analytics ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead a team of data engineers and analysts, set data governance and security standards, and work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure that data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of the organization's culture. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of the enterprise data architecture, evaluating emerging technologies, and overseeing the development of ETL/ELT processes. The role also involves leading the business intelligence function, partnering with functional leaders to define KPIs, and collaborating with data science and AI teams on advanced analytics initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Data & Analytics position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields, with at least 4 years in senior leadership roles. Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions are essential. The role requires advanced proficiency in SQL, experience with Python or similar scripting languages, and a strong background in data governance and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have experience in real estate or similar complex operational environments, knowledge of modern data governance frameworks, and relevant technical certifications.
