Project Manager

This is an exciting Project Manager position with a leading provider of specialized tunneling and underground construction services. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: manage multiple tunneling projects simultaneously — timelines, resource allocation, milestones, budget; monitor progress and solve issues Materials & POs: oversee procurement; review and approve purchase orders for cost and timing Customer & Vendor Relations: primary client contact; build vendor/sub relationships; negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance Approvals & Compliance: permits and approvals from government agencies and clients; local/state/federal compliance; documentation and reporting Team Leadership: lead engineers, contractors, and field staff; run status meetings Travel: site visits as needed — up to 20 overnight stays/year, frequent day travel Qualifications: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related — or equivalent experience 5+ years PM experience in tunneling or heavy construction; track record on large-scale projects Leadership Communication Skills PM software proficiency Safety/industry standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Intelligence and National Security Alliance
