Ultrasound Technologist

An opportunity is available for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join a dedicated team. The role focuses primarily on breast imaging and requires a strong background in both mammography and ultrasound techniques.

Shift: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Shift Length: 8 hours

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

Orientation: 1 week

Location: City, State

Conduct 16 ultrasound scans per day.

Perform 25 mammography procedures per day.

Work collaboratively with a radiologist who is present on-site.

Utilize Hologic mammography and ultrasound equipment.

Manage patient imaging records within EMR (CERNER) and PACS (CHC) systems.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the six scan rooms.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in breast imaging, including mammography and breast ultrasound.

Certifications:

Current BLS Certification.

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Breast (RDMS-BR) via ARDMS, or ARRT-certified in Breast Ultrasound.

If certified in mammography, ARRT Breast certification is required.

Licenses: Arizona mammography and radiology license required.

Additional Skills: Experience with IVs is a plus, but not required.

This position does not require clinical involvement. There are no floating assignments, weekends, holidays, or call shifts expected.

Teal scrubs are required for the position.
