? Hiring: AI Engineer | Dallas, TX (Hybrid) | Contract, W2 preferredNot another "build a chatbot" AI role. This one's for engineers who've actually shipped Generative AI to production -- not just demoed it in a notebook.We're hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy real, production-grade GenAI and ML solutions for a major healthcare performance improvement organization. If you've built RAG pipelines, deployed LLM-powered apps, and know what it takes to keep a model reliable in production -- this is your kind of problem.? Rate: Up to $80/hr W2 | Up to $93/hr C2C? What you'll actually be doing:Building and integrating LLM/GenAI solutions into enterprise applicationsImplementing RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworksDeploying and monitoring models on Azure AI (or comparable cloud AI platforms)Running real MLOps -- versioning, CI/CD, evaluation, production monitoringContainerizing/orchestrating AI workloads with Docker and KubernetesWorking across SQL and enterprise data to power AI/ML pipelines? What you bring:5+ years in software engineering, ML, or AI3+ years shipping AI/ML solutions to production (this is the real filter -- POCs don't count)Strong Python chops and hands-on LLM/GenAI experienceComfort with cloud AI services, containers, and MLOps practicesBachelor's in CS, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)? Dallas, TX -- hybrid, onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
