Responsibilities The NOC Engineer will provides frontline operational support for client network and telecommunications services. Responsibilities Monitor environments using client approved tools Acknowledge alerts and create ITSM tickets Perform initial troubleshooting using SOPs Escalate incidents as required Maintain accurate ticket documentation Support major incident communications Contribute to reporting and knowledge updates Qualifications Associate’s degree (preferred), or minimum 4 years of experience in a technical role (preferred). High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years Experience in network and/or telecommunications operations Familiarity with Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and collaboration platforms Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or SolarWinds Strong documentation and communication skills Strong documentation and communication skills At NWN, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
