Assistant Brewer Wind River Brewing Company Title: Assistant Brewer Description: Wind River Brewing Company is currently seeking a full-time assistant brewer to join our production team. This position is responsible for supporting all brewing and production functions for WRBC. Wind River Brewing Company is a 20 barrel, 2 vessel brewpub located in Pinedale, Wyoming: the gateway to the Wind River Mountain Range. With our small brew team, we produce approximately 1200 barrels per year with the majority of production occurring in the summer months. It is a great spot for all outdoor activities and the brewery is a staple of the town. Job Duties and Expectations: Cleaning and sanitation Perform all cellar functions CIP tanks and equipment Assist brewers with all aspects of wort production Assist on the packaging line (canning line) Kegging beer Fulfill orders Assist in all other duties as assigned Physically be able to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for 10-12 hours, lift 100lbs+ Desired qualifications: Prior brewing or related experience is desired, but not required Detail oriented Organized Maintain a high level of cleanliness Basic mathematics Verbal and written communication skills Compensation/Benefits: Full-Time Pay: $18-25/hr (depending on experience) - move to salary after trial period Paid time off/health insurance/401K match Free beer and food Company: Wind River Brewing Company Salary: $18-25/hr (depending on experience) - move to salary after trial period #J-18808-Ljbffr
