Reconstruction And Mitigation Project ManagerOCI Restoration is a locally owned, veteran-owned disaster restoration and reconstruction company serving the Triangle and surrounding areas for 25 years. We specialize in water, fire, mold, and specialty restoration services and are rapidly growing our reconstruction division. We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction And Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish.The Restoration Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of reconstruction projects following property damage losses. This role requires strong construction knowledge, organization, communication skills, and experience working with insurance-driven projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through final completionReview estimates, scopes of work, and supplements (Xactimate experience preferred)Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspectionsCommunicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teamsEnsure work is performed to code, contract requirements, and company quality standardsConduct site visits, progress inspections, and final walk-throughsTrack budgets, job costs, change orders, and project timelinesResolve issues proactively and maintain high customer satisfactionMaintain complete and accurate project documentationQualifications3+ years of experience in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration project managementStrong understanding of residential construction and building practicesExperience managing insurance restoration projects preferredXactimate estimating experience requiredTPA platform and SLA experience requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license and reliable transportationIICRC certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesPaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding restoration companySupportive team environment with leadership that understands restoration and constructionWhy OCI Restoration?
