Associate Dentist – Stafford, VA

Join a high-volume, tech-forward practice where you can take your clinical skills to the next level. You will have the patients, the technology, and the support to excel.

The Opportunity

• Location:  Stafford, VA (22554) – Just 45 miles south of D.C.
• Schedule:  4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday).
• Support: Work alongside two experienced dentists.
• Patient Base:  Established schedule; primarily PPO/Cash with ~20% Medicaid.

The Tech Stack
Practice in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with:

• CBCT & iTero
• In-house Mill
• 3D Printers
• Laser Technology
• Full Implant System

Clinical Freedom & Growth

• Full Scope:  Perform molar endo, surgical extractions, and restorative work.
• Implants: Freedom to place implants immediately or with support as you learn.
• Invisalign

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings:  Realistic production potential of $60K–$100K/month .
• Pay Structure:  30% of Collections (W2) or 35% (1099).
• No Lab Fees:  The office covers all lab deductions (except Invisalign cases).
• Guarantee:  Initial daily guarantee is negotiable.
• Future: Path to Partnership  for the right long-term fit.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 2 years of experience and the right mindset.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a desire to master advanced procedures.
• Proficiency:  Comfortable with (or eager to learn) Invisalign, endo, and oral surgery.
