Manager Of Clinic Operations ManagementWe are looking for a dedicated Manager of Clinic Operations Management in the Fairfax and Ashburn area to work in children's specialties including Inova Children's Hematology/Oncology, Inova Children's Pulmonology, Inova Children's Gastroenterology, Inova Children's Neurology and Inova Children's Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. These roles will be full-time, day shift with varying hours from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. Monitors patient volumes, patient access, and level of patient service to ensure patient satisfaction.Ensures regulatory compliance with federal and/or state authorities as well as all other external governing authorities.Partners with related departments such as Physician Billing, Patient Financial Services, and Medical Records to identify opportunities for financial improvement.Oversees Outpatient Practice in conjunction with the Director of Outpatient Practices or other designated leader to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but is not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing the performance of team members, and delegating tasks.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)Experience: 1 year of healthcare leadership experience OR completion of a 12-month healthcare administrative fellowship program AND 2 years of experience in healthcare operations in an ambulatory or hospital settingPreferred Qualifications:Pediatric Specialists of Virginia experienceAdditional Details:Application deadline: this position will remain posted for 30 days from the original posting date.
