**Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Experience in Ambulatory OR and Endoscopic sinus procedures - ENT skills including: Laparoscopic assisted cases, Laryngectomy, Mastoidectomy/Tympanoplasty/Stapedectomy, Radical neck dissection, Scrub ENT Surgery, Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy - Pediatric ENT skills: Myringotomy with tubes, Scrub PEDI ENT Surgery, Tonsillectomy/adenoids - Emergency management skills: Code Response, Fire Safety, Latex Allergy, Malignant Hyperthermia - Professional knowledge & skills: Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure **Preferred Skills / Certifications / Experience:** - Pediatric General OR - Endoscopic Procedures Skills: Bronchoscopy - Ophthalmology Skills: Cataract extraction/implant, Corneal transplant, Eye trauma, Glaucoma surgery, Scrub Ophthalmology Surgery, Vitrectomy - Pediatric Ophthalmology Skills: Eye Trauma - Equipment/Instrumentation/Supplies Skills: Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources/cords - Professional Knowledge & Skills: Infection control, Laser Safety **Additional Requirements:** - Ability to chart using Epic system - Float to other Charlotte area ASCs if needed - Will accept first-time travelers if they can scrub and have good ENT experience
