Associate OB/GYN Physician | BE/BCJoin a respected five-member OB/GYN group in a full-time role serving a vibrant regional community in the Midwest. This position offers a balanced schedule with three clinic days and one surgery day per week, along with a 1:5 call rotation within the group. Experience a collaborative environment supported by 24-hour in-house OB, pediatrics, and anesthesia coverage, including access to advanced surgical technology such as the DaVinci robot.Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients, working closely with nursing staff, paraprofessionals, and administrative team members. Participate actively in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care. Manage an average patient load of 20-25 daily and perform approximately 100 gynecological surgeries annually. Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system to ensure integrated and efficient patient management.Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a modified laborist model. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in a growing community health setting.
