Apollo Global Management, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Human Capital Business Partner to drive HC strategy for the businesses you support. You will collaborate with business leaders and HC colleagues to deliver analytics, culture, performance management, training, and talent initiatives. The role requires 6–8+ years in HC or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to present data clearly.
