Fitness Coach

Job Description We're looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic candidates for our Fitness Coach position. You will be part of a dynamic team reporting to the Studio Manager at BODY20. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position ideal for fitness advocates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Benefits $15.00 – $22.00 per hour base pay Competitive base pay, commission, and performance bonuses Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Free Studio Membership Flexible schedule that works around educational or personal goals Opportunity for advancement Paid training and certifications with ongoing support Fitness casual dress code Collaborative work environment Chance to learn every aspect of the business and potentially become a franchisee or business owner Primary Responsibilities Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards Provide personalized attention to members Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products Instruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, including operating equipment and moving weight up to 50 pounds Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards Attend all fitness coach related meetings and trainings Qualifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred) CPR/AED certification 1–3 years of previous personal training, group exercise instruction, or fitness coaching/teaching experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Honesty and personal integrity Passion, ambition, and drive regarding the fitness industry Strong time‑management, organizational, and follow‑up skills Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr BODY20 Lake Oswego
