Our servers are passionate about great food, drinks, and delivering an unforgettable hospitality experience.

Servers welcome and greet guests as they arrive, take food and beverage orders, and deliver those items from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Servers monitor and observe guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests.
Servers have a friendly and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Servers provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Server with Alta Via Market Square:

Must be at least 18 years old
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Physical requirements for Server with Alta Via Market Square:

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
