Job Overview

The Project Manager will own the planning, execution, and delivery of cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, on‑time completion, and budget adherence. This role serves as the central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Day‑to‑Day Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Lead kickoff, status, and steering‑committee meetings; produce clear, concise reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against key metrics; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to align deliverables with project objectives.
• Resolve issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks that could impact timelines or quality.
• Mentor junior staff, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Must‑Have (Essential) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Solid experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, make data‑driven decisions, and prioritize effectively.

Nice‑to‑Have (Desired) Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing medium to large‑scale projects in a corporate setting.
• Proven track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed business objectives.
• Background in technology, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
