Pathway Group has partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturing company specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing that is looking to add a Data Entry Clerk.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist the Finance Department with daily administrative and data entry tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and interested in developing their office and administrative skills within an aerospace manufacturing environment.

No previous finance or accounting experience is required. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into company systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist the Finance Department with daily administrative tasks.
• Enter, update, and maintain financial and company information.
• Review data for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
• Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and general office duties.
• Communicate with team members to verify information when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company and financial information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No finance or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Comfortable working with computers and performing data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
