Shift : Mon-Fri, 7.00am -3:30pm.

Description:


Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues and define system requirements to address organizational information challenges.
• Design computer programs and recommend automated system controls and protocols.
• Determine operational objectives by gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Collaborate closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements.
• Identify project milestones, phases, and elements to ensure alignment with timeline and budget.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write detailed specifications.
• Develop organizational change management frameworks and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Create end-user documentation such as user guides, process flow charts, and training materials.
• Deliver user training sessions to support system adoption.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience: Preferred experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of business processes.

Solid ERP knowledge.
Developing proficiency within discipline; moderate skill sets required.
Able to work independently under moderate supervision and make sound decisions.
