Sales Manager Position at Brookdale Role Overview: As a Sales Manager you will serve as a guide for families and older adults, a team player collaborating with local professionals and volunteers, and a partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Key Responsibilities Guide for families and older adults: Act as the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player: Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations. Partner: Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation. Compensation & Benefits Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
