Licensed Master Social Worker (NY) - Remote - Full Time or Part Time

Flexible Schedule Options 5 days: 1:00pm‑9:00pm Monday‑Friday; or 4 days: 10‑hour days – 2 days 11:00am‑9:00pm; 2 days 8:00am‑6:00pm. Saturday hours also available. Part‑time positions: 20hours per week, benefits eligible. Responsibilities Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence‑based practices. Provide counseling and therapy for patients using evidence‑based treatment modalities. Serve as an individual, family, and group therapist. Maintain professional development as required by licensing board. Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner. Work closely with patients, families, and the broader team to overcome obstacles in treatment. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment. Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need. Maintain a caseload of 30‑35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $70,000–$75,000, dependent on experience and licensure. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW‑NY). Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients. Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents (preferred). Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of psychosocial aspects of illness and health. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent short‑term counseling skills. Experience with discharge planning.
