Senior QNXT Software Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions. Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives. Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support. Participate in process improvements, value engineering, and future-state technology planning. Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed. Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience within healthcare technology environments. Direct, hands-on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems (Mandatory). Strong experience in software architecture, design, development, and integration. Experience developing enterprise platform software, integrations, and communication frameworks. Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with software configuration management and change management practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
