Director Of Pulmonology Services
The Director of Pulmonology Services is responsible for assessing, planning, controlling, implementing and evaluating the 24-hour function of all activities related to patient care in a designated area. The Director is aware of Major Hospital#s policies and procedures, and assists the staff in providing evidence-based practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- Professional # Technical Skills: Demonstrates leadership, management and communication skills.
- Education: Graduate of a COARC accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Must be Certified or Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Bachelor#s or Master#s degree in a Business field preferred.
- License(s) or Certification(s): Current Indiana License as a Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist. Yearly CPR Certification NBRC and current Indiana License Must have a current Indiana License. Skilled to care for certain age-related patient groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups) All age groups.
