Join Our Team as a Director of Sales at SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall!

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with clients? If so, we want you to join our team as the Director of Sales at SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and provide mentoring and coaching
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure business
  • Track sales performance and create reports for senior management
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
