Learn more about us at: As an Outside Sales Representative , you'll represent a brand known for quality and integrity. Your role is to grow our residential and wholesale sales by developing trusted relationships with homeowners, remodelers, and homebuilders across the Kansas City area. Responsibilities Sell high-quality window and door solutions to retail customers, builders, and remodeling contractors Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations Create and deliver accurate quotes and proposals Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product lines and industry trends Qualifications 2 or more years of sales experience (preferably in construction, building materials, or home improvement) Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills Ability to work independently and manage your own leads and calendar Familiarity with residential construction, remodeling, or custom home building a plus Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and hungry to exceed goals Must be based in or near the Kansas City metro area Why Join Us?
