Fleet CoordinatorReports To: VP of Compliance and OperationsPosition Purpose:Responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of the organization fleet of 40+ vehicles.Employment Details:Status: Part-Time, Non-ExemptHours: 20–25 hours per weekSalary: $25.00/hourFleet Management & Maintenance:Oversee daily operation and maintenance coordination of 40+ vehicles.Schedule inspections, registrations and preventive maintenance.Maintain fleet records, GPS monitoring and safety logs.Manage vendors and repair coordination.Support budgeting and vehicle replacement planning.Inspection of all vehicles weekly, in all locations.Safety, Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with Connecticut DMV, DOT and insurance requirements.Monitor vehicle safety systems and address violations.Ensure student transportation vehicles meet V-Endorsement requirements and safety standards.Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.Coordinate driver safety training initiatives.Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum 3 years fleet or transportation experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Valid Connecticut driver license required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Futures Inc.
