• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current ICU/Intensive Care experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (ICU / Intensive Care) – [required]
• Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Driver’s License [document] [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association advance cardiac life support/ACLS– [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required]
• NRP – [required] [document]
• Intermediate - EFM / electronic fetal monitoring certificate -- [required] [document]
