Litigation Paralegal

Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and other professional staff Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing factual and legal research, reviewing and analyzing documents, and supporting preparations for hearings, depositions, and mediations Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery Research, organize, and summarize records to assist in data gathering Organize information and documents in databases Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and requests with outside vendors, and providing live trial support Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal Experience in litigation support and case management Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience drafting and organizing discovery, including written discovery and document production Experience preparing for and assisting at trial Familiarity with State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software Excellent analytical and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, and technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Submit a cover letter and resume Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in litigation support and case management, with strong capabilities in drafting discovery documents, trial preparation, and legal research.
