Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator Syracuse Administrative, Secretarial & Clerical Full-time Opening on: Apr 7 2025 Medicine MedBest Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator, G6 84526 N/A Job Summary Under the direction of the Program Director, responsible for managing the daily administrative activities of the department's residency/fellowship program. In addition, this position is responsible for the direct supervision of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program's residents‑in‑training on a daily basis, and serves as the primary liaison between the Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters. As Front-End Supervisor, coordinate and supervise front end operations for ID Associates clinic, providing high level administrative support to the Medical Director. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education or a related field plus two (2) or more years of experience in the administration of educational programs. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be considered for the education requirements. Preferred Qualifications None specified.
