Our Call Center Manager will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing inside sales team of up to 30 call center representatives , driving results through coaching, accountability, and motivation.
- Create a winning sales culture by developing talent, celebrating success, and helping team members reach their full potential.
- Own performance metrics by analyzing KPIs, improving productivity, and delivering exceptional customer and sales outcomes.
- Coach in real time through call monitoring, feedback, and hands-on development that builds confidence and closes more sales.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement strategies, optimize processes, and continuously elevate team performance.
- Make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your leadership directly influences revenue, customer experience, and career development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of call center leadership experience, including managing teams of 15–30+ inside sales or customer service representatives.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees while consistently achieving sales, service, and productivity goals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience using call center performance metrics (KPIs) and CRM/call center technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience leading inside sales teams in a high-volume, performance-driven call center environment, with knowledge of workforce management and quality assurance best practices.
